the most annoying American slang's in no order are,

1. "Like OH My God"

2. And then he was like, 'whatever' and I was like 'whatever back'" My White friends favorite

3."That's the bomb" or "off da chain"

4.  "U Feel me" or "U hear me"( my boyfriends favorite)

5. "that is so gangsta" ( my best friend favorite)

6. I hate when my friends text me saying stuff like "FO SHIZZLE" or " WHATS POPPIN"

What about the exasperatingly ubiquitous (and egregiously disphonious) "aiight" which is meant to mean "all right"?

Or, the excruciating misuse of the word "ghetto" to suggest that which is indicative of a compromised socio-economic sensibility? (Example: We don't have Internet where I work--we're ghetto!"wink

AND, one of my personal pet peeves: The failure to conjugate the verb "to be" properly! Why do people say, "We be driving to the mall" when they mean "We are driving to the mall"?

you're right. i must admit i do catch myself speaking like that because pretty much everyone around me speaks likes that so when i'm talking to them, it just comes out. but some will try to argue and say it's the black language (African American Vernacular English (AAVE). in the '90s , they (i guess some group of random people) even tried to have it recgonized as a language/dialect.

No Nigerian slang is annoying. They are all sweet to the tongue.

It is Yankee slang that pisses me off.

Not slangs but words I cannot stand
Innit= Is n't it?
Waher= Water
Bloke= Guy, Man
Whaever= Whatever
And any other words where the "T" is replaced with "H"

I used to date a lady whose pre-teenaged son would say, "I dinnint!" when he meant to say "I didn't!"  I hope that he has continued learning precise pronunciation, as both she and I tired of correcting his somewhat slovenly speech patterns.
