That theory of killing apostates is purely academics taught in school. Its not in practice. I am a sharia law student so am telling you from shariah law perspective that Quran says it in so many places that for the apostate is ...adhabun shadeed...the most grievious punishment..it didnt specify. That means their punishment is with Allah. All oda things involving death and all can only be implemented in a pure islamic state, which is nowhere in existence not even saudi Arabia...thus i submit that nobody will kill an apostate. So can you give us some actual examples of muslim persons killed for apostasy ? So who is this Arabian shiek ( you mean sheikh) you quoted an unknown authority ? sorry my dear, in islam, we dont give our lives to Muhammad swa all you need do is to say (la ila a illa la muhammadu rosuulullah) meaning' there is no god worthy of worship except Allah(God) and muhammad is His massenger, thats all and you are a muslim with the establishment of the five daily prayers.
