Oh! You can't forgive and forget the action of a cheating partner,but you want God to forgive and forget your sins,right? Ask yourself,can you compare the magnitude of the sins you have committed against God with the cheating action of your partner? Granted,it would be difficult and painful to forgive and forget,but you just have to do it,though it may take time. There is no point keeping grudge with a fellow human being.

The question should be whether you can trust such a partner again?

Two scenerios... 1). You forgive him/her, he/she still cheat on you again, you don't know for how long, untill you contact an S.T.I's or he/she finally dump your a s s for the other person.. 2). You forgive him/her and he/she remaind faithful to you... As for me, I don't think I could forgive... I have never been in a situation like that so I am not that certain of my reaction..

OP, for me it all depends on the situation. Nairaland can't make it less on you. You know the gravity of the problem. It really hurst most times ppl you trust and respect suddenly throw all that away.

You need your space right now to think about it.
If you decide to forgive, pls forgive and don't bring it back again in the future. If not, by all means move ahead.
