Mind you. There is a fine line between a societies cultural values or norms and the inherent moral absolute values written in our consciousness. Cultural values may infringe on the absolutes, or shrink from them. Cultural values or norms can influence the conscience, but this does not change the absolute nature of those basic right and wrong written in our consciousness, any attempts to shift these borderlines only result in us hurting ourselves.
