Lool if this is a response to the ABU Zaria thread, i'd advise you to delete those pictures and take new ones. The structures are old, but well designed and the environment/landscape is unattractive. Fail if motive is for comparison.

Were the pictures taken in the 50's? to be sincere OAU still don't comes any close to those ABU pics I saw on the other thread....

Maintenance! That's the problem with most of our structures. Perhaps, we should resort to using bricks and the like for our structures and that way, we would not have to worry about paint chipping off the walls or washing off.

May be tomorrow but from all i have seen and read about Nigeria's universities, OAU is the most beautiful. The architectural master piece is not just about building but the unique structures. ABU is big and fine but does not have the aesthetic values of OAU.

I will advice the OAU students to take transfer to GREATEST ABU if you wamt to attend the most beautiful school and the OAU graduates still have chance to go to GREATEST ABU for 2nd degree

These old buildings that look like ship anchors and spears should have been renovated or repainted. Probably, your pictures made the place looks like filthy place. The black patches on the walls look like gutter mud splashed on the buildings or like an abandoned dungeons.

Even the lawns look really sick and some people here were shouting beautiful (bias) ........ pesin wey never reach another papa farm go say em papa farm na the biggest......lols

I'll appreciate standard education which Nigeria as a whole lacks more than showing us all these gorodome structures in Nigerian schools and sick environment.

When it comes to academics. Stick with OAU naturally.

But pls, don't dipict picts of OAU with respect to ABU. The latter is better and more maintained.

Trust me, its not comparable

sincerely speaking i thought OAU should be beautifu than this with the kind of noises their graduates make about the school...hmmm.This school is no way close to 25 percent of A.B.U beauty (A school were you can comfortable walk on foot in the school during rainy seasons without mud on your shoes). with these pictures, i indeed rep A.B.U as the most beautiful school followed by Gombe state university.
