first of all,have u ever subscribe to any of dia bb plan b4? Cuz u r wondern hw come dey can't dictate dat u r nt using a bb phone,well if u do d right thing,d plan u intend subscribing for,will work. Note plz,do not subscribe wit ur samsung phone,look 4 any bb phone arund,frnd own might as well help,subscribe wit it or use a nokia phone 2 do dat,mek sure dat afta subscribing to d bb plan,to activate fr andriod n pc browsing,do d 1 day data plan 2 fr 10 or 15mb.den browse fr a while wit d bb phone,likewise try downloading 2,den u can now put bck to ur galaxy n flex,also wit d right apn.

might be network issue, my advice to u is to get a bb phone and browse fr a while wit it b4 switchn over to ur modem or andriod device

Guy you can subscribe with your android phone. You don't need to insert ur sim in a bb b4 subscribing, airtel is not glo or etisalat. If you are subbing for the first time just send the necessary codes and after dat do the 10mb 1 day plan and u are on.

still ok to do that, but am talking 4rm experience hr, cuz i once experiencd d same tin( afta subscribn i was unable to browse) so i v to go thru dat process.u never can tell.haven't u heard of troubleshooting?

I Bought the latest tecno phantom a3 yesterday, dialed *440*16# for the 2 gig bb plan (I use airtel), received the mssg that I had successfully subscribed for the plan and I should yank my battery and fix it back again, which I did. Afterwards, I subscribed for the 10mb daily plan by dialing *141*712*11# but my phone failed to connect.
I think I would try op advice, or do you have any alternative step I should use, I'd be so glad. Right now I'm frustrated and confused. I don't know what Airtel is up to.

Why would a network provider instruct you to remove your batt and replace it back, i.e airtel, afta subscribn. if u think u no 2much, call dia customer care line and tell them that u can't surf well on ur andriod device afta purchasing a bb plan

Where in my phone can I locate and set the apn. Sorry for disturbing but I can't find it in my tecno. BTW is it true that android phones are automatically configured?
