Thanks for your response, actually the phone just suddenly developed the problem.I noticed it when people always complain that i am not reachable whereas the phone was always on with full network.after a couple of days it started displaying emergency calls and when you scan for network it might locate full network but you can't call out or receive calls.but i noticed that if i have like 2 bars i can make calls or receive calls.but right now it does not even get network again all i get is emergency call.What could be wrong.Thanks

@ uncle sege,try resseting phone to full factory default, use 0000 or 1234 as default security code,
Do this and post result

@jtly  , problem might be around Batt connector and Power switch, try tightening battery contacts close contats abit,careful there or try using another battery,
to be sure,do this test, when phone refuse to power on,Insert charger to phone and see if charging commences,
if it does Faulty Switch,  Try and post Result here
