Am going to kd o that's where their TS is located, it doesn't mean I wud b posted to kaduna or northern region na, The recruitment was done in d six zones so I think dey re training us for south west zone.......I jst pray d next stage of d union bank isn't so soon....The TS is jst 2 weeks startin on sundayBetter go for the unity TS, a bird in hand is better than thousands in the bush. Moreover Unity bank pay is not that very bad, at least far above half of Union bank. Union pays Nx04k for unconfirmed entry level. Meanwhile the success mail is not a guarantee that you have got the job, it is 100% guarantee for proceeding to next stage where you are 30% probability of being call for medical/TS. My advice put your mind to Unity TS as next stage of UBN may not start until after two weeks and may take up to a month duration, so even if it start next week you may be luck you are scheduled for next four weeks. Prayers is the key, I think Unity don't have a bond clause. 5 Likes |

Paroman, let's do a roll on the case studies on here for wider audience, better informed ideas & enough brainstorming. I'm game just like we did previously. Congratulations to those who passed the aptitude test and to those who didn't, cheer up God has got you all in mind for something better. FROM THE THREAD THAT WENT WITH THE HACK: If you're asked a case interview question, organize responses as follows: 1. Define the Problem Explain how the problem affects productivity at work. 2. Analyze the Problem Describe how you collect data and other important information necessary to resolve complex problems. 3. Generate possible Solutions Describe factors you consider when proposing solutions: how did you determine the primary causes? What steps do you take to propose solutions? What do you consider before proposing solutions? 4. Select the best Solution(s) and course of actions. Justify the reasons behind a solution you recommended: what factors led to this decision? What goals did you set? How did you brainstorm ideas and involve team members. Additionally, explain how you conducted risk management. 5. Lesson learned Explain in detail what you learned from the process and what you'll do differently in the future. CASE STUDY 1: You have been assigned to work with a small company that manufactures a popular product. However, a competitor begins selling a very similar product which incorporates state of the art technology. What would you advise your client to do? 6 Likes |
