   "Please.." Yvonne begged him.

"This is a very difficult matter..." His heartbeat increased rapidly. He remembered what happened to Seyi when he betrayed Linda, wasn't he inviting death by heeding?

"It's not difficult, David. It's a matter of time and this is just needed to sustain the man who needs his daughter's husband... abi na boyfriend." Charles added.

Davkd sighed. "It would have been easier if something difficult wasn't involved." He lamented.

"What?" Charles asked.

"I'll get back to you guys in the evening, don't worry, all will be fine..." He forced out a smile.

On hearing that, Yvonne left with her accomplices while David wiped his sweat and picked his car key. He told the secretary he wanted to visit somewhere important and would be back soon.

He drove to the village where he took the oath with Ann to visit the priest if anything could be done to help him. After some minutes, he located the shrine and met the priest there.

He was offered seat by the priest. The man recognized him immediately. "David." He called his name.

David almost disappeared, he kept wondering how the man got to know his name. "Sir." He replied faintly, still afraid.

"Don't be shocked because I know you more than you know yourself. You are a boy with such a great destiny but you lack something that does make it difficult for you.." The man said to him.

"Lack something?" He repeated.

"I was part of the priests that was there the day you wanted to be beaheaded. You were lucky God gave you this kind of destiny or else you would have been killed."

"You were?" David was more surprised.

"You have every ability to do thongs on your own but you don't, that's the problem I said you have!" He exclaimed.

"I do?" He asked, still confused and curious to know more.

"Yes. Before you got here, I've been told you'd come because of the oath. Let me tell you, the oath was fake!" The man said frankly.

"Fake?" David popped hos collar and adjusted himself on the small seat he was given.

"Yes, that was why I told you you have every chance to do things on your own without help. You have spirits you can communicate with, you have the gift of foreseeing but yet you rarely ask the spirit questions expect in dangerous cases. You didn't ask the spirit if it was right of you to take the oath, you never asked while coming here again.."

'This man is a wizard!' David thought within himself. How come be got to know everything about him?

"Your destiny surprised me the day your head was meant to be chopped off and I asked the Almighty about the kind of person you were. You are great!" The man clapped his hands together.

"But how come Seyi died?" He asked the man.

"Seyi..." The priest repeated, cogitating on who Seyi was.

"The boyfriend of the other lady," he reminded him.

"It's not that the oath was a fake one, it was real but the spirit that lives in you destroyed everything I did for you that day because of th dangers involved. The boy you just talked about had nothing to help him."

"How come this spirit didn't tell me all these?" He hissed.

"You never asked." The priest replied.

David sighed.

"What you are going to do lies within you. Ask the spirit."

Tanks For the Update.....T.Dan.I hv started loving NL Literature again,coz i lost my data too.
From the last update,everyone is unique,we hv everytin we nid to become wat we re capable of becoming."Incredible tinz happens wen u decide to take control".

Adefemi David got back to his office, deep in thought. He had been punishing himself for quite long, its high time he thrashed everything out. "Hmmn... What do I do?" He asked the spirit.

    David! This issue is very simple. There's no oath between you and Ann, you can simply help Yvonne.

    "Yvonne has played a great part in my life time," he stood up and started remembering the pasts. He remembered the day he met Yvonne, and she followed him to the hostel despite the fact that she was from a very rich family. He remembered how she was there for him when Ann rejected him,  and lots more.

    He also remembered Ann, their song,

There's more harmony,
I finally found her, I've finally seen her,

He remembered her smiles and how sbe loved him deeply before she left for South Africa. She was gorgeous! Though they fought, but David himself caused it. If it were him, would he be glad to meet a guy in Ann's house and would lie that he was someone's brother, whereas just a lie!

He caused it, but she lacked patience. She deeply loved him even during their fight but she was wrong to jump into conclusions as soon as possible.

"Ann.." David called her name, smiling and sat again. "I'll help Yvonne but please tell me the persom destined with me." He pleaded.

"The person? The person is..."

"You dey office?" David asked Yvonne on phone. He wanted to visit her to tell ber he has accepted so they'd know the next step. Acting might be dangerous, he would have to control his emotions because he loved Ann. If not for his lies, they may still be in a serious relationship.

"Ann is suffering from her attack now, rush to save her." The spirit told David.

"Ann?" David's heart skipped a beat as he rushed up and ran out of the office to her office. The secretary, company's auditors that were there took to their heels. They thought something was after him.

He opened the door and met Ann rolling on the floor, weeping. He rushed in and asked her, "where's your inhaler?"

Sbe couldn't reply until David carried her across his right should and ran downstairs. He neglected everyone calling him. "Ann must live!"

It was an emergency, she was rushed into the hospital and treatment commenced immediately while David sat, his heart was still beating fast. "Ann must live!"

Not quite long after, the Doctor called him to check on him in the office and asked him questions. "Is she your relative?"

"No, sir." He replied sharply.

"How come? We have to see her family member or parents."

"Why Doc? I'm the only one left with her, she's my wife."

"She is? I never knew... I'm sorry sir." He apologized.

"What's the matter with her?"

"She's already fine but how come she wasn't close to her inhaler? Its bad!"

"Doctor, that's not the case, how's my wife?"

"She's better, she is responding to treatment."

David exhaled deeply. What the Doctor said cooled his down. "Thank God."

"You have to get her some drugs.."
