I was always commpelled as a child to attend sunday church services; as seen by the christins 'a sacred ritual'. ; I hapened to have attended as was compelled; buh Now I'm grown to be a man; n I see no reason attendinng church services!!! I find it very boring; nobody even lures me to go; n I look for the least reasons to stay back (I.e bad road; woke u late,n cloths not iron, shoe not polished, et all) I attend an average of 1ce in two months.....

Are u born again?................Do you read the bible?

Start by confessing your sins and promising God you wont go back to them again........
Gain the zeal you are searching for by reading the bible everyday and meditating on what you have read
Start becoming friends with those that are born again\ attend church regularly\ or are Christ-like in attitude

its simple you don't have a genuine saivation,being a christian does not mean you are saved..if it truly bothers you then truly repent not all those repentence of the mouth.His mercy wil locate you IjN

Because you've been attending services void of life. One encounter in a revival packed service will keep you yearning for more.

OP, don't mind them.
They want your money.
Stay at home and pray.
If you feel you have to go to "church", visit sick people in the hospital instead; it's much more fulfilling.

I don't have the zeal too.. But i used to though. I have seen alot of hypocrisy etc inthe church and i now ask questions.

i now rest on Sundays and i love my peace.

How can you enjoy the gathering of the brethren when you ain't sanctified, you won't enjoy being in the presence of GOD if you ain't born again and surrender yourself completely to Him.

Though there are many fake churches here and there, flee and attend a church that focus on holiness.

A church is simply the gathering of born agains to do together what they all do individually and present themselves to the Almighty GOD
