I heard on channels live online streaming TV that INEC has directed all its RC's to use manual accreditation in cases were the card readers are malfunctioning and that there are so many complaints at the moment about the malfunctioning of the card readers and GEJ's interview few mins ago in AIT online streaming TV also confirmed that INEC has actually giving same instructions to its RC's.

JEGA JEGA JEGA- Hmmmmm.

Would you rather have eligible voters disenfranchised because of card readers failure?

Its a lie, inec neva instruct manual accreditation if card reader fails, Jega specifically stated that in case card reader fails, a replacement will b made from the the ward office, and if that couldn't be done within the voting time, election in that polling unit will b postponed till the following day. I'v read rumours of manual accreditation in some PU but not verified yet

These are their final plans!frustrate the card readers and give way for manual accreditation so that they can write figures as usual.Jega is not to be blamed here, the has done his best but the evil people that have been complaining of PVC,same people went to court to stop the use of PVC would stopped at nothing until they eventually have their ways.I listened to Gej saying some Governors called him and he told them to cool down that manual options can be used if the card reader is not working.its arrangee but they can't declared more votes from south east and south south as they have done in 2011.Rivers election would be cancelled, what is going on in Rivers is best described as huge joke and the security agents are even helping the thugs to derail the electoral process.
