OP, she lied that the drug is an aspirin. Meaning she's covering the truth up. To put this issue to rest, take her a qualified doctor of a reputable hospital to ascertain if she's done/doing abortion(s), before things get complicated and you end up with sadness and inability to give birth should you marry her and she has damaged womb from abortion gone wrong.
