decide on the ISP first, and calculate how much you will be paying for monthly subscription and compare with how much you will be making monthly.
then note that speed is the determinant of the success of any cafe.

PPl wont patronize u that much if you always have problems with ur ISP.
then think of buying p3/p4 computers, low configuration computers tend to drag when connected to the web. even at great speed
next get a networking eengineer, dont think you can handle the networking urself simply because you have networked 3 computers 2gether in the past.

choose ur location wisely, if ur cafe is hidden, it will take time for ppl to notice you, but sure, they will notice your presence
if it is too open, expect our disgraceful nigerian policemen on a weekly basis, this will also be alternated by touts. cos the society has to feed them.
(I dont know of PH but that is Lagos)

Try to invest also in burglary systems as burglars cant stand a cafe without it, do a ceiling burglary too cos they know how to come in from there.

how do u wanna cool down ur cafe's heat, trust me, computer heat plus human heat can make ur customers drip
AC or fan? if u wanna go for fan, try a bigger 1, a cafe of 10 computers will probably need 2/3 fans
how u wanna power ur cafe, diesel gen is better cos it tends to save you fuel, even though diesel costs more, it burns slowly
for 10 computers, plus fan, flourescent bulbs will probably use close to 5.5KVA generator, try talking to a generator service expert
next, decide on what cafe timer u wanna use, cafecentra, cyberklock. I will recommend cafecentra

have a minimum of 500K to setup a cafe of 10 computers, ISP exclusive, office space exclusive.
