What makes you think going all western, dressed in suits looking like a poor copy cat confers any advantage on an african? OBJ and Iweala went all around with brilliant and convincing speeches dressed in african attires to get the job of debt forgiveness and wealth repatriation done.

Ngozi has proven herself in the world stage ever before she became a minister
Buhari hasn't
His clothing shouldn't be a distraction

You call OBJ brilliant
I give up

Our President looked very good to me. You don't have to wear suit to make a statement. He is an African Leader and proudly African from his outfits

Other African countries don't which for any good news to come out of nigeria, especially Ghana and south Africa. Nigeria is so much hated for obvious reasons and surrounded by enemy nations just like isreal. This shows how intimidating we are, both for good and bad. If you're not talked about or criticised, then you're dead. But I enjoin us to live right and create a better image for us.

Hahaha! Just did a little search and found
out this guy has a mere 127 followers. It
clearly shows he isn't that influencial to
deserve such attention but since he has the
enviable Ghanaian tag, bokogerians will
have sleepness nights over his personal
opinion.I can imagine how deep these
starving bloggers had to dig to come out
with such crap of a news just to taint the
image of Ghana and make it a subject of
ridicule in order drive to traffic to their sh!
tty blogs.
It's obvious you guys can't live your miserable lives
without Ghana. If this isn't an evidence of gross obsession then I know not what it is.

Sorry Ghanamustgo lady, wearing suit isn't part of our culture.

Yes it is whether you realize that's another story. When u go to work u wear western clothing either suite or pants and shirt.

You don't wear agbada to work.

Let me get this straight. Just because 1 Ghanaian posted a silly comment now Ghana Sabi beef Naija and now the whole Ghanaian population is insulted

This is so darn silly. I for one think that Buharis outfit was nice and do not share the same sentiments as that guy. I don't even know why an irrelevant persons silly opinion should even be a topic of discussion and to make front page but alas. Anything Ghana must be a topic of discussion.#AnotherGhanavsNaijawar10000000000000000000000# sickofallthisnonsense#Stopgeneralising#

Don't mind them fools. I also think is nice and he looks good in it however it was the wrong attire for such occasion. Makes him look like a villager.

This is how you allow the Europeans to flush away your culture.

Suit is no longer western wear, everyone wears suit to business setting. It's now a world wear.

I am a Jonathan fan but when it comes to dressing; I can never critic Buhari... His native attires are always well starched iron, made to body fit his height, handsome looks and comic nature!! Buhari dresses better than the whole of Ghana
am loving that last paragraph

How is it not to our advantage? Blessed is the man who can stand tall and be different. I don't see a problem because he didn't wear a suit at all. And you're saying he looks odd in that outfit? Makes no sense 'cuz he doesn't.

Like I said, the other African leader wore an African outfit too, not sure if she's the Liberian pres... can't see the face well, but no one's complaining about her. Jonathan himself was always in his black outfit and fisherman hat. Buhari looks good and has always looked very good in what he wears, he's in good physical shape too. You're being unnecessarily picky. If he had worn a suit, some of y'all would ask why he didn't wear his native attire. He wore a native attire, y'all are complaining, smh. Let the man live. It's unfortunate that it's you Africans who bring yourselves down. The other leaders at the summit don't care what the rest are wearing. They're all grown and mature men and women who understand that they all come from different cultures. I'm sure Buhari even got compliments on his outfit. This isn't the first time an African leader will wear a native attire to an event and won't be the last, so get used to it.

You can say all you want
Suits and ties are official outfit
It ain't changing
Anytime your company( if you have a job) calls for official outfit if you like wear agbada and go there
It's not about anyone bringing anyone down
An intelligent man should know the proper thing to wear and dress for every occasion in the proper attire

Ghanaians dont pay attention to nigerians, so they alwaays say. But always first to spot the odd in everything a nigerian does. I just wonder what really is wrong with these ghanaians. I have seen baba in suits, seriously he looks far better in the local attire. Infact make i call my tailor, i am getting that design soon.

The Japanese man wearing suit has no culture?
Or wearing suit made him an Englishman or not proud of his Kimono?
This is why we will continue to be bottom in everything
We don't think or refuse to think
People hold onto stupid reasons for doing things
