Moreover business ethics does not warrant you to create a hostile work environment. I have just one staff that work in my little shop, he drives me nuts all the time, but he even makes me more angry when in the heat of the moment he tries to physically defend himself thinking am going to strike him ,because I never see myself doing that when I can fire him at once.
