A friend of mine called me this evening and was telling me how her boss slaped her yesterday at work just because he came to work late and another thing is that he could nt finish the work her boss gave him the previous day and the boss invited him to her office and after a small argument , she slapped him and walked him out of her office .....

In SA u can take the boss to the CCMA for such a thing and they will be fined heavily and will have to compensate you...im not sure what action he can take there but maybe he should have a discussion with the boss and bosses boss to explain that the situation is unacceptable and should never happen again and what will happen should it happen gain. He should make it clear that he can easily slap him/her back but chooses not to do so out of respect for his/her position and for future employment relations between the two.

hardly wil u hav a male boss slap female its always the female boss doin the bossy slapping. Pls this has to stop. At my office at tax appeal one lady did dis to a security guard and I rose and challenged abt 5 of them in defence of the poor guard. Its such a pity that even if we do appoint a new president,change takes time. Human rights/workers right's rather is a very big deal and we can only hope the workers will lobby for this to change with the new leadership in the country. On the other hand I really feel for buhari because he has so much that needs to be done. I hope the civil rights movements will keep shouting until they're voices are heard because that;s all we can do....Oh i just remembered that I need to blast my political party on facebook for not replying to my mails after 3 weeks.
