Hello,
I am currently undergoing a masters in the Uk and I am looking to take up a lecturing job once I get back to Nigeria. Any thoughts on how I should go about this and what are your opinions

Complete your Masters with a very good grade. Plan your research path/proposal and teaching interests. You can apply for vacancies in many Federal, State and Private universities. Please note that a PhD should be giving a priority in your career path. Top notch publications in Journals are also required. By the way what course are you currently studying?

Good morning , pls i'm need of your help. I wish to undertake a job in lecturing path. I had 2.2 in B.A (Ed) in English language and just rounding up with M.A in language with the C.G.P of 4.4. but I'm not sure if this C.G.P will earn a PhD grade so as to forge ahead in PhD directly for my research work. Thanks. I do need your enlightenment please!

4.4 is more than enough for PhD.

@last messenger : Thank you and God bless! I'm relieved

@last messenger, I discovered that the 4.4 is based on 7uij5w grading scale point which is on 7 points. that means that might not earn a PhD grade. i'm afraid this doesn't hinder a smooth sail twrds attaining my career.
