[ Speed on this road reaches 200km by those who have guts. I personally have done 160km/hr when i was late one day. The road is a dangerous one but free of traffic and potholes.
160 km/hr....bros....u need to reduce the speed na....if tyre go burst, your car will enter bush sharply....but you are not alone. Nigerians will complain about jaga jaga roads...but it is the best thing....no one can drive faster than 15km/hr with plenty potholes. |

ammyluv2002: Jesus!! Really? As opposed to what? Roads that are filled with pot holes, tiny and congested? And people liked this post. What would you do if you ever drove on the German autobahn? It is ten times wider with three times the speed limit of any country i know of, but you hardly hear of accidents on that highway. The problem is the orientation of the average Nigerian motorist. 2 Likes |

So sad. When are we going to have speed limit rules with strict enforcement in the Country? |

Bollinger:Oga, pls if you haven't been to Abuja allow people to educate you. There are no pot holes on Abuja roads especially those places i mentioned. And, i have not been to Germany so i can't say. Let's be truthful for once. Don't compare Lagos roads to any other part in the North. Most of the roads i mentioned were commissioned last 2 years so they are still very new. Roads with 10 lanes isn't wider enough? People die daily on these roads as a result of overspeeding so tell me if the road isn't wide and free why do people die. Its an expressway! German autobahn ko ni |

ammyluv2002: Read your post again. It is very incoherent. I responded to your post saying that a well paved road that is smooth and free is uncomfortable and scary. So, would you prefer pot holes? |

Bollinger:I'm not complaining about the roads been smooth. I made reference to the drivers, they overspeed cause it's an express way. Now, do i blame the govt for giving us good roads...i dont! I'm scared cause i use public trans to work on a daily basis, the drivers drive as if they are mad so I'm not scared of the roads but the drivers , i have witnessed so many people end their lives on these roads. It takes God's grace and if you must know most of us don't stay in town so going to work is like travelling |

This is what happens in a country where there's no value for life. In saner climes, there are enforceable speed limits and you break these limits at your risk. Just last year, the government of Alberta, Canada made over $10M from people who broke driving/ speed limit rules. But we prefer to bury reckless people instead of controlling them. 1 Like |

many sin of Obasanjo... obasanjo did not go to school.. and school is important.. How can Nigeria issue driver licence for the people of the country of western Nigeria. Obasanjo lack of education is responsible for this... Obasanjo destroy the lifes of millions. Now look at the army, Obasanjo lack of education clearly show.. In the country of western Nigeria. There is only one GOC before Obasnjo. The meaning of GOC is General officer commanding in chief of the country of western Nigeria army. Obasanjo cross international line..... And have destroy. Obasanjo lack of education clearly show. Education is important and you people should go to school. When I watch Channel television, I disappointed to see the level of illiterate been paraded.. If they claim channels won your best television station, I am sorry for the rest television station.. Not to bring channels television down, but anyone who went to school , know that there is 2 countries and if the owners of channels don't know that. Then clearly . there is a problem here. Television station base in the USA are in a place like canada and mexico but they don't report nonsense or trash like you see on television in Nigeria.. You see growup educated illiterate professor , who are now teaching children, how can educated professor who have become illiterate teach young people. |
