Omo this is so real. My cousin resigned from MTN when those ones cut salary and leased to Indian company. Got a loan and started. The guy is rolling in money now, so I am selling my car and saving up to buy a 2010 camry so I can get started too. No time

You don't need a 2010 Camry to start. You can start with lower cars at lower costs and good fuel consumption. I wish you the best

I currently drive a Toyota Corolla '08 and had been driving that since December last year. Early last month while I was on a trip, a tanker failed break and ran into some cars in traffic damaging a total of seven cars.
It took the insurance company and the panel beater a month to put the car back on the road.
Now the owner of the car is insisting that I pay him for those four weeks the car was being repaired and I told him it's not possible.
Don't forget I took the car from him on hire purchase.
My major problem with him now is when I asked him if I had died or gotten serious injury from the accident what would he have done, his reply was that as long as he gets his money he doesn't care.
So I want to return his car while I look for another to be driven by myself

Guys, what road worthiness certificate did you get? private or commercial? As per the government laws, vehicles to be used for commercial purposes must obtain a commercial road worthiness and a public transport operator licence. I heard uber drivers always run into issues with vio because of this. Advice needed please.

As per the road worthiness issue, your car is registered as a private car so get a private road worthiness paper.

Concerning the VIO, you will only enter into their trouble if you use your mouth to tell them you are Uber. Technically you are not a staff of Uber so when they ask you are you Uber just tell them no.

Yes it can. The car specification was reviewed a couple of months back ..any 4 door car, 2006 to date now qualifies.
