Hello people, pls has anyone bought a ticket through TRAVEL START. [/color]before?
I'm kinda curious cos the price I got with them is cheaper than other sites and I want to be sure I won't have any issues. Urgent response needed pls. Thanks.

@Cuteaidomo, It's easy to book your flights with Travelstart. I always book my flights with them and it's been a great experience so far. There is a good chance that you are going to get cheap flight fares compared to any other sites. When you book your flights, and make payment, you will get your e-ticket in your mail. You can also visit their office, located at 38 Opebi Road, Adebola House, Rear Wing, Ikeja.

Hello all.... back to share my poe experience as promised. ....

I flew emirates, didn't have any issues with my fitness to fly.... booked for wheelchair which saved me cos the distance between the dubai terminal to my connecting flight to houston was quite some distance and I thought i will have like 3 hrs before my connecting flight only for the guy to wheel me straight into the plane.... I was speechless....lol... cos if i had walked I would have surely missed that flight ernestly as I wouldn't have been in a hurry....

At houston poe, wheelchair made me spend less time cos about 3 flights landed at the same time so the whole place was crowded.....
Please use wheelchair o you won't regret it,hubby discour aged me alot but being that i know the distance can be far, I insisted...and it paid me big time.... grin

Officer: what are you here for
Me: for child delivery (paused) and shopping
Officer: what.... what did you say (surprise written all over his face)....
Me: am here to have my baby and do some shopping....
Officer: looked at me puzzled and mumbled is that allowed... then he went to the next officer and told him what I said asking the other officer if it's allowed
That one said yea...he should check my documents and if ok send me for secondary inspection.

Me: seriously praying. ..lol
Officer: he came back and another officer joined him and he told that one again and the new officer said it's ok provided I don't use medicaid and I have money to pay for my bills
New officer.... how much do you have on you
Me: 5000 dollars and I have more in my acc....passed my statement of account
New Officer: good, have you contacted any hospital
Me: passed hosp and Dr's correspondence
New officer ....when you applied for visa did you tell them your pregnant
Me: I wasn't pregnant when I applied,I applied for vacation and I went last year.... got pregnant latter though I informed the embassy, passed him my notification of intent.....
New officer: nodding his head, showed the other one the letter of intent and told him to read it... and he said you are very prepared and honest and that is all we want
Not like the other one that was denying she was pregnant.
Just pay your bills, don't use medicaid and collect your receipt....
Me: ok
Officer: how old is your pregnancy
Me: so so weeks
Officer: should I stamp her 6 months
Me: (in my mind)see this guy o,you still dey ask....lol
New Officer: yea,she's honest...
Officer: stamps it and hands it over
New officer: have a safe delivery
Me: thank you very much Sir

Na so the guy wheeled me out o.... didnt last up to 5mins.....I was besides myself....very excited and couldn't believe it's over...God answered my prayers for abundant favour....it was too much...lol

Went to agriculture, they just checked my bag but didn't seize anything....

So there it is..... houston bound mamas...just prepare and pray very well,....God will bless you all with his divine favour
Signing out with praises on my lips grin

Someone recently mentioned Ultra Mobile to me with free 1000 minutes to Nigeria monthly. Haven't gotten a chance to look into it so I can't confirm it. Check out their website for details.

Yes Ultra or Lyca would do

I'm flying AF and Houston will be my POE. I'll be 34+ weeks so not so many options.
I thing telling the blank truth could hurt so i'm gonna go the "better health care" route and try to say somme BS about a crappy experience with european drs ... and pray undecided

Exactly, just say US medical care is the best in the world (toast them) and it's a personal preference. U can use the negligent medical care in the UK (which is true to an extent).

Thanks Olokings, I am online right now and refreshing the page. I found out about NL late April but had not made up my mind fully. I had to renew my passport in July and all that. I will give it another shot. Truthfully, I never saw it coming, I read this page like a daily manual.

@Dere5, thanks but apart from my hubby what other thing can I use as a strong tie as I intend to re-apply alone immediately.

Ties include a good job or biz , property, shares and and thing worth coming back home for.

Good morning everyone.Congratulations to all the new mommies and daddies in the house. I have been a silent reader for a while now and have read most of part 1,all of 2 and the ongoing 3 and my people you are super awesome.

My ibere is for the Iya Ibeji's in the house because am expecting 2 as well, i have relative for Ohio but the estimate i got from Obgyn is bearable but hospital own wan make me piss for bodi(about $40k) they said they will apply 30% discount but its still high because it excludes paeditrician, epidural and all post natal care. I wan port go Atlanta therefore i need info and actual cost of doctor, hospital bill(considering CS,NICU/nursery,epidural,all possible post natal care for mother and babies) accommodation, ati bebe lo from someone who has delivered there.

thanks

Hi NL, I have been reading through this thread from part 1 and would like some info. I still have a couple of months before I am due but as I like to prepare ahead, can anyone give me details of affordable hospitals or doctors in New Jersey or Philadelphia.
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by IjayMama: 12:02pm On Oct 15, 2015
I had my baby there. They have a fixed rate of $1500 for epidural which is same as anesthesia & you have to pay before delivery. You shouldn't receive an extra bill. You should discuss it with them ASAP. Also may I know what Dr(obgyn) / paediatrician you used and how much you paid.
gaggle:
pls anyone that used houston methodist Sugarland apart from the $1500 epidural fee did you still get $600+ bill from anesthesiologist o. Pls, help b4 someone comes down with a heart attack. Hmmmm

Dem no ask me for any document neither did they search my bag they just had sniffer dogs and they say its the 2nd busiest airport in the US but you won't notice till your departure.
