This guy is a joke, Buhari is grossly incapable of leading Nigeria.

This was the same failed method Buhari used in the 80s by expelling 700,000 migrants, did it help our economy?
Buhari should be told you have more Nigerians in Ghana and other west African countries than you have aliens here.
Expect tit for tat reactions from our neighbours.
Are you by default bound to show foölery whenever you hear Buhari?

This is a very very good move if only Baba go slow can implement it. It will reduce capital flight from our economy,it Will upgrade the quality of professionals in the building industry because youths will be better trained and it will reduce unemployment because youths will have the required skill to be gainfully employed or self reliant. And lastly it will reduce the occurrences of building collapse in the nation because the quality of job done will increase

Thank you sir. It is clear that you have seen the bigger picture unlike some people just criticizing without thinking

This man is slowly taking Nigeria back to the Stone Age. It's only a matter of time before fire would get looked upon as an advancement in science.

So I want to build a castle above hills when I finally make it in life, complete with medieval weaponry and expert masonry - this whole plan has been killed because we have a president who cannot look beyond his grievance from 32years ago?! I know no Nigerian architect or construction workers who can design exactly what I have in mind. How won't this dictator put that into consideration!

From the Article...

[size=13pt]President Muhammadu Buhari Friday in Abuja directed the Federal Ministries of Works and Lands, Housing and Urban Development to urgently prepare and present for approval and implementation, a plan of action for the speedy revitalisation and expansion of the nation’s vocational training centres.
President Buhari gave the directive after being told at a meeting with the board of directors of a leading construction company in the country that because of a shortage of competent construction workers and artisans in the country, many construction companies were forced to bring in skilled workers from abroad.
Observing that this practice was very detrimental to his administration’s commitment to boost employment opportunities for young Nigerians, President Buhari pledged that his administration would move quickly to address the shortage of skilled construction workers in the country

Exactly....someone gets it.

The problem is that we need to improve vocational education in Nigeria IF we are to grow stronger as a nation....especially in the industrial sector

I told u yesterday that you are semi literate.

If you don't know that Multinational companies employ expatriate welders, fabricators and other laymen, then you are a big illiterate

Dont let your hate for Buhari stop you from recognizing a constructive policy

Shamelessness is when you didn't even read or understand a piece of information before rushing to make comments. Maybe it is because of the hatred that runs in your blood.

I have been saying it that even the nysc should be fashioned in such a way that graduates will learn a vocational skill and use it in the various states they are posted . This will reduce unemployment, take for example during theb1month orientation camp, corpers do virtually nothing except marching, this period should be used to do a crash programe in various vocational skills for graduates and they should be attached to ppl within those communities who will help polish this skills by the time corpers finish their 1 year programme they are already fully equipped to be self reliant or gainfully employed

No disrespect but this is pry school economics you just quoted, lets do a bit of research, tell me one country you k now in the west where the govt drives the labour force. In my ow n view the biggest employers of labour in teh west is not the Gov but the private sector, what our govt should be doing is empowering existing companies to train our youths,The Uk govt pays the private sectors for youth empowerment training ie, they pay for apprenticeship plus insurance. What this mean is the FG would Pay the welder in your street to train your cozen who went to the technical school. If that makes any sense to you.

I will take him serious when it is done. I'm not interested in all these sweet talks.

By the time its done and graduates are out, you will still be jobless and still maintain that until u see them employed.

By the time they get employment, you will still be jobless and maintain that until u see them collect salary.

And so on and so on.

Tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it. This is an opportunity instead of you saying until it is done.
