If you want mobility and very intense jaw dropping graphics then go with the Alienware.

And on top of that, you can always AMP up the graphics.

PS4 will only be good here for its exclusive games which will not be on PC or Xbox.

If u are based in Nigeria, i'd recommend u go for a PC. Becoz if u're the type who's gonna game online, all u need is ur Steam and Origin accounts to buy ur desired games and then u can play as much as u want.
But a PS4 on the other hand will require u buy ur games from Playstore and u'd still have to pay for PS Plus to be able to play ur games(that u already paid for o). Besides, Nigeria is not a supported location for setting up ur PS account. That one is another wahala on its own....

But if u're short on Cash then the PS4 is definitely a better option for u. If not, go for the Alienware

I bet u don't game.if u do nothing beats a console.I have an asos roga gtx 970sli right now.used gtx 860m and xbox 360..so I can tell u how games are,ps4 games at 60fps at 1080p and it had for a pc to maintain 60fps at 4k..

Your post isn't coherent so I can't tell if your saying the alien ware is better or not. However I'm curious about where you purchased the Asus rog as I'm looking to get a portable gaming behemoth myself.

Do not listen to the noobs telling you to buy the Alienware 17. It's the worse of the two deals.
I assume you're talking about the 2015 model.

The base model Alienware 17r3 has a 970M GPU, sells for $1499. It will NOT work with any of the Virtual Reality headsets coming out and it's still a mobile GPU anyway (albeit with better visuals than the PS4)


Keep that money, get a $349 PS4 (which will come bundled with a game), use $1000 to pick up a more superior gaming desktop (look for a build with a least a 970 for VR compatibility) and pony up a little extra cash for a decent monitor. Best of both worlds.

PC gaming in Nigeria is still largely at the casual stage. Most of the online multiplayer crowd is on PS4, there are loads of games available on that platform with excellent visuals and PSVR is coming out in the next few months anyway.

If you want PC gaming, go the whole hog instead of shortchanging yourself with a weaker, clunky gaming laptop.

Here's my current Gaming PC build. Picked it up quite a while ago during a sale. Upgraded ram to 32GB and put in a 512GB SSD as a second drive for the OS.





And this KILLER deal was available during Black Friday. The 980Ti is pretty much the best bang for the buck single card GPU in the world right now.
