The Issue of FGN becoming a morgage firm to NGE does not even arise or make sense. The N530 million collected by Nduka was pure theft, it was not budgeted for, it did not pass through any litigation or adminstrative processs, it was was dashed to him. If there is evidence that the donations made by FG to NGE was from money earmarked for arms purchase, they also have a moral obligation to return same. But so far, there is no direct connection between Dasuki and NGE. The donation was pledged and paid by Labaran Maku, It behoves on labaran to explain where he got the money.

ONSA told Nduka that it paid NGE N50m, Nduka told Nigerians what ONSA told him, NGE in turn affirmed that they were paid N50m but never told us who credited the account. Who's fooling who?

And Point of Correction, NGE never said Labaran Maku paid the money. They only said he pledged the money on behalf of Jonathan. They said the money was subsequently wired into their account after the pledge. And they chose to be silent on who effected the transfer. So they haven't refuted ONSA's claim that they were paid by ONSA. They only refuted the cash payment claim.
