Hi guys am just starting out in Graphics and banner design , am self taught, spent just 2 months learning , but have not been consistent because of my academics, in my little time I created this banner , pls I need your advice and suggestions. Thanks guys

You are trying to use every fill/colour you see. Too many fonts. Poor placement of elements .
But you can imorove .
