A university certificate is not an automatic ticket to paid employment, even with a first class.

Going to school is now at your own risk... I wonder why are federal university could not offer employment opportunities for their best graduating students..

...as a first class student i think u should have something to offer to th society, so why not sale ur, intelligiecy, brilliancy or wisdon to the society and get paid for it. Or don't you have something to offer?

very brilliant suggestion though it appears it's the senator who had a first class in maths. However, whatever course Op had his first class in, he can make himself more useful at a lower level while still aspiring for his lecturer assistant job. Making the big jump straight to a lecturer may be counterproductive as being a good student doesn't equate to being a good lecturer. Unfortunately he believes he is entitled to something white collar -ish cos he had a first class. Our youths should learn to stoop to conquer.

They have to review the said first-class! Your IQ is too low. Why are you intimidating everyone with the piece of paper if it can't be replicated in real life?

Go and make yourself useful instead of constituting nuisance...even writing in caps.
