Disband the Team! Dump the Coach! Is this really going to solve anything?

Promote the flying Eagles? Remember the time we asked for the U-23 boys to be called into the team? Now that they are in the team, we're asking for the Flying Eagles. Remember when we wanted a new coach? I do, we've always wanted a new coach.

The problem isn't the players, it is their attitudes. They don't play as a team, once the ball gets past Mikel (or any other player), he sits back and waits for the defenders to "do their job." 

The problem isn't the coach, the problem is the coach's inability to enforce discipline. Disciplined players play as a team, undisciplined players play as individuals. The coach's other problem: his inability to read the game or select players. Well, maybe the problem is the coach after all.

We need to stop playing "my side, your side" football.
