I think dat op is high on expired tramadol soaked in regal dry gin for giving credit to fashola on lagos-ibadan expressway. I passed that road twice a week infact I just returned from Lagos less than 2hrs today. GEJ awarded the contract & the work was going smoothly until bubu destabilized everything which makes work stop. Though RCC is back to work for the construction but they now use equipment & man power lesser than what we see during GEJ days

You are lying, contractors were only paid mobilization fees to move to site. That is why you see many abandon projects across the country.

***No government pay contractors completely for a project***, 10% mobilization, 20% Material 30% that another 20% this. Go and find out if you don't know.
