It will be nice if the club can be sold to the fan in order to increase transparency, more revenue and more fan dedication. If Enugu state government can sell their stake to 100000 thousand die hard rangers at 100000.the club will be able to be run as business not as charity.

.if the club can have such investment from fans without expecting huge ROI but incentive like stadium season ticket other merchandise.a big brand will definitely partner with a club that has big community fan supportership.if every season the fans contributes 10,000 after takeover each season the club will be financial stable
