Read posts on SeoMoz (now Moz), QuickSprout, Backlinko and maybe AuthorityHacker.

Google has some of the sharpest knives in the kitchen fighting web spam.

You don't stand a chance with shitty content and drive-by spam.

You need to analyse what you do, your customers, and competitors, sit down with an expert and come up with a strategy. Everything said on this thread will land you Google penalty.
