I no come understand if we all read the story sef. The comments just no connect to the story. I think our cynicism to each other doesn't help us focus on d real issue. That idea of Yorubas being sidelined did not even cross my mind. It might be true but how does dis fix d country for we the youths.

Wetin cross my mind be say northern leaders are only interested in power and not results. He says d north is endowed and d endowment he refers to is population and based on population, they go dey rule. The north has agricultural resources and probably more mineral resources they stopped finding yet that was not mentioned. But their leaders are blind. They believe agitation for true federalism is based on a need to produce a leader? Seriously? If this is how northern leaders think about leadership, then we really have a long way to go. Take note I said northern leadership and not northerners please. Our problem with Naija is leadership which is made worse because northern leadership see true federalism as an hindrance to their born to rule mentality. I think they short change everyone especially their own. Sad.

Our restructuring is the reason why the igbo have a say in Nigeria, our restructuring was the reason why the civil war ended, our restructuring gave minority tribe a hope of belonging, our restructuring gave birth to ''GEJ'', our restructuring is the reason why Nigeria economy as not been grounded, thank God Anambra is now following the vision. Brain problems here.

It shows Yorubas are not cowards and not anybody's slave. They stood up against hausas.

So the notion of "slave/Master" is false now. Afterall Yorubas are not always in terms with Hausas.

GEJ made Hausas and Yorubas unite against himself.

Remember Buhari was a bad brand name in Yoruba land when Yorubas voted for GEJ enmass. But GEJ did not value that support, Yoruba turned back on him.

Yorubas always fighting for their interest...no hard feelings...Tomorrow, we might support an Igbo candidacy if its in our best interest.

If Nigeria must succeed, it must be restructured indeed. Power must be dispersed and rotated evenly to all geopolitical zones, development must also reflect on every angle of this nation. This is what the yorubas want, and not what yakasai insinuates.

Lol funniest thing I read all day. I'm not surprised it Kano politician that spoke this foolishness. Why would Yoruba be jealous of your unproductive states. They generate highest most economicly (non oil). Second most Nigerians live in Lagos the smallest state and highest GDP.

At least in SW and SS region are in accord they can get it done. SE I don't know what they want but I feel they want it aswell.
