REDUCE THE LENGTH OF DURATION OF YOUR *PERMANENT* MORATORIUM!!


The message is simple. You can't knowingly hold one's money ransom under the guise of moratorium for any period you feel like especially when the said person had paid also known as providing help. It is simply inhumane.

It is either you employ more staff to handle the requests or throw in the towel and tell us really why you are refusing to release or money.

My dear Nigerians, this is not exclusive to me as it can affect either you or your loved ones tomorrow for no just reason.

My take is to send them a message by refusing to provide help.

Think about it, of what use is it when you are not sure you can get it out your money all because of their Moratorium?

LET US ALL BE Proactive AND PROTECT OUR SAVINGS

Moratorium is a means of safeguarding your account against hack. If any details especially your account details is changed 15days prior to getting helped, CRO will assume someone hacked into your account to cash out your money hence the account will be under watch until the owner identify him/herself.
You can also be placed on moratorium if it's detected that a bank detail is used for more than 1 accounts.
These are are some of the rules guiding participation. If placed on moratorium, create a ticket, you will be attended to and told what to do.
In MMM you don't lose money but time.

I am also facing same issue. For about a month now i have been creating tickets upon tickets. 'They are checking' is all i get. This is wrong. All i did was change my password oo. What do i do?

I decided I wanted to GH on 8th Nov.

GH on the said 8/11/16. told request has been received dat i should wait patiently to b matched with another participant. After two day no show, I decided to cancel the request & make another request got thesame message still no show. called guider number for where? d guider number is never available.
wrote support first time no reply, wrote again got a reply DAT they are on it bla bla bla did is this reply.......
hello! Your problem is sent to authorized personnel for further consideration. As soon as your account is thoroughly checked - the moratorium will be removed. Do not worry - soon your issue will be resolved. But please take into account that the time depends on the number of members with the same problem in the queue and you case is to be attended as soon as your turn comes. Thank you for understanding. Best wishes!
P.S. Also please do not create any additional tickets for this particular problem - your turn will be put ahead to the date of second ticket.

Dear participant! Your request has been closed since your problem has already been solved or you haven't replied to MMM Support Service for 7 days. If you still have any questions – please create a new ticket. If you want to have your problems solved faster, you should follow the recommendations on ticket creation!.
I was so mad wanted to paste the issue here on Nairaland but some user adviced against it. was told I will b attended to faster if I upload my complain again this time with a pic of me holding national I'd card to prove am real, did dat since last week Friday reduced the amount to GH and the next day got the same message support sent. up until now no show. no news. I jus tire.

Same happened to me when I first joined. It can be very frustrating I tell you. My guider helped me.
What I did was to write them again and also upload my ID card. The moratorium was lifted after then and I av been in MMM since without any problem. Try that and let's see. Sorry dear.

mine lasted for a month and two weeks because i edited my bank details,been in moratorium is not funny at all,but at last support ratify my case,i have been phing ang ghing since without any case,patience is all it takes.long live mmm.

You did not add scan page of you international passport or any national recognised ID, that may be the case or you did not follow the correct procedure as stated in the FAQ page on MMM website. Mine was restored in two weeks and since then I have no problem with my account

Which bank does he use? Sometimes it depends on the bank. Some banks are slow like ecobank.

this moratorium dosnt make sense to me, yes, it's for security purpose but still it is highly
unnecessary or can be modified.

why I say this is this, wen anyone click to change any thing on d account, the system can pop up a message telling him or her d consequences of making that change.
wen u want to cancel a PH that pop up shows o encouraging u not to, so, why not do
d same thing when changing details?

2. let's assume u place someone on moratorium, why don't u notify the person d reason for such so d person knows exactly it's offence and what to do next?

they should look into it Biko, cos anytime one is GH, one is always afraid of moratorium.

If it waas a transfer, call ur bank aand they will solve it within 24hrs. Same happened to me. The cash was reversed and I wwent to make a bank deposit.

Obviously you're placed on moratorium. Perhaps you changed your account details, tampered with your password, or someone tried to hack your account, Someone somewhere used bank details to register on mmm. These are some of the things that cause moratorium.
Would suggest you follow support recommendations. Your case will be attended to, you won't lose your money only time will be wasted.
If your guider is not the responsible type, look for a good one who you can gain Access to, create a ticket and pick *change of guider* as topic supply his emails nd phone no. The change will be effected.
The new guider can help you in fast tracking your release.

I PH 100K since last month n I was merged yestday, av already paid into d supposed Acc and he confirmed dat he has received d credit alert, But d issue nw is d person (Acc holder) has refused to confirm my payment.
Av called n texted to beg him, d guilder was not exempted....yet no turn up.
What can I do pls

Don't too worry, your payment will be confirmed. Just give the receiver enough time...he/she also has 48hours to confirm payment. After 48hours CRO will intervene when the half filled Blue mark turns Yellow question mark.
