Op, you have said it all. What other reasons could possibly be contrary to what you stated, perhaps passion or one bogous dream, I doubt. Lolzz. I believe everyone who applied for d N-power scheme falls into all or at least one of your aforementioned reasons.

In my opinion, maybe u should also write on reasons why someone should accept the offer.

With little or no job in Nig. Why not if not!

If they reject the job, will they eat sand. I did okada as a graduate. Doing okada didn't stop me from pursuing my dreams. Today I have a lecturing job (federal appointment). People don't know why okada people hail me when they see the car I drive today. Some graduates refuse low salary job but ends up in a hrothel or doing other illegal business. My advise is for you to do what you can get for the moment, but don't forget your dreams in the process.

The writer is not saying that eveyone should ditch n-power, what he is saying is that you consider all your options well before committing to it..Think about how far you wanna go in life and if n-power is the right step to take, if it is, no one is stopping you and if not, then reconsider.

It is true. Thats the hidden truth FG didn't reveal about the program. Once u be on the federal payroll under the N-POWER program u may not be able to get another federal appointment because it would show you having two federal appointments. But if your connection is very powerful, you can land another federal appointment and bone N-POWER

Sorry if what I typed pained you, that is exactly how what that guy typed make me feel. Even the labourers you mentioned, will want you to respect their chosen field. Every body wants to be valued and respected in his or her chosen field. For my mate providing jobs, never mind, I am aware of that.

It seems you really did not get my message, it doesn't matter my brother what I studied, (after all na zoology jonathan study before him become president)but my point remains that, the guy( op), make me feel like I have made a wrong choice, as if, I didn't think properly before applying for the programme, as in trying to discourage and make people regret and feel remorseful for applying. That is y i responded in that manner, reminding him that it is graduate, who must have understood what the programme entails and also have weighed their decisions before applying, that he is addressing and not toddlers.

The issue is that the Npower thing will not last like every govt programs. it goes well in the First six months, they start owing salaries for 5 months, before you say Jack, the participants abandon it by themselves because they are not paid.

So people who need it should go and grab the money for the few months before it is abandoned.

U don hear government owing Nysc Allawee before?
Must u rubbish every action of this government just because you don't like them?
