Loool, chief if you don't know about Icloud lock, I suggest you do your research. The phones shows on Itunes and Itools and between if you need the imei to confirm on their site if it original, I can give it to you.

iCloud to my knowledge is unlockable and that phone is either a clone or stolen, or the owner was ripped off by someone else and he wants to sell it off because the parts of that phone are currently worth more than 45k.

I browsed the internet for hours and hours and downloaded different software on my PC. I later discovered that they used to be unlockable but with the update in security, since November 2015, iCloud has been unlockable. It was because of that that I searched far and wide to find the owner of the email (I managed to remember the email before formatting it) and I traced out the owner, turns out the person who sold it to the person that sold it to me, stole it! And the last person didn't know because he never formatted it, he just kept using it like that. iCloud is very useful and I commend apple on it.
If there were a way to unlock it, why would people be seeking iCloud locked iPhone 6 phones on eBay for just $200 USD?

Good morning, Icloud can actually be unlocked. And for iPod touch probably you didn't take it to the right people because that is the easiest to unlock and it can be done in like 30 minutes too. For iOS 7 users up to iPod 5th gen and iPhone 5s, you can also unlock it on Minacriss server for free without paying a dime, you just have to follow some steps when he puts is server online. Bros chill... for an icloud locked iphone 6 then 45k is not too cheap.. it will cost at least 50k or more to get it unlocked and the possibility of it getting unlocked is low. Also who told u iphone doesn't have bluetooth?
