U say Paul was referring to a particular people but I find this same principle in 1 Timothy 2: 11-15
A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. 15 But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety. 1 Timothy 2: 11-15
The above quoted text was not directed at any church, it was directed at Timothy. And it was obvious that Paul, under the influence of the holy spirit considered women inferior... The reasons were clearly stated in verse 13&14, i.e. because Adam was created first and Adam was not the one deceived.
Or can u show that this was referring to a group of people?? Paul even emphasized that she MUST be quiet

No where does it say that Philip's daughters taught in any church.

His daughters did prohecy. It wasn't stated that they did it inside the church. Prophecy is not teaching. Two very different things.

It's obvious that women used to teach inside the churches and Paul gave injunctions for it to stop to, because he said it during the curse of his evangelism and he said Jesus told him all what he was teaching.

Women were created FOR men

For man did not come from woman, but woman from man; 9 neither was man created for woman, but woman for man. 1 Corinthians 11: 8-9

Pauls letters were not written in chapters.
Men divided it into chapters for reference sake.
