Yahweh on the other hand, doesnt claim this about His book,
rather it is attested that the Bible is inspired by Him, God
and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.
It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right etcetera

If you want to know the mind of God,
(i.e. the working of God's mind, His intent(s), His reason(s) etcetera)
then it is necessary to reference His manual, the Bible
