Hello everyone, I'm an undergraduate student studying agricultural extension and management, I will like to know what I can do with the degree when I'm through, I honestly don't plan on being a farmer, I love teaching so I'm learning towards being a teacher/ lecturer, I would like your opinions and suggestions in other for me to have several options on a career path, and also if there are any professional courses I can do. Thanks

Since you are studying what you know nothing about,like the majority did/would do...
You can as well go back to primary school and begin all over.

Do you have lecturers and course advisers? Ask them.

As a future graduate of AEM you have many options as sn agriculturist and not a farmer. you can become an agric financial accountant if you will add level one of ican or acca to your degree , you can become an administrator of a commercial farm land like the one of obasonjo at otta farm , you can also become a puplic relation officer. but it seems you dont want to work on farm but in class. get a good grade and proceed for mphill in agricultural management. you can as well start your teaching job from there.

not really important. you need to have a good grade in your bsc before you can be consider at least strong 2.1 if not you need to do msc first.you can consult your prefer school of choice for better update since every school has a diffrent admission requirement.

since you are interested in teaching line Agricultural extention education will be better. agricultural administration is not a bad idea also if you choose to work on the farm
