in the book of Exodus, multiple times we are told, "But the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go" (and variations upon that theme). God repeatedly forced Pharaoh to refuse, then punished Pharaoh (for the coerced refusal) by sending various plagues, up to and including murdering all the firstborn children of Egypt.

And to add insult to injury, after he had slaughtered the children and permitted Pharaoh to free the Israelites, "the Lord gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians." So, at any time, God could have simply moved them to let the Israelites go, without need for inflicting rains of frogs and bloody rivers, killing all their livestock, and murdering their children. (I say "mostly", for a couple of chapters later, he once again abrogated Pharaoh's free will, "hardening his heart" to make him pursue the Israelites.)

then again Free will is inherently paradoxical, though, and doubly so when dealing with a supposedly omniscient, omnipotent being.

There's is always an encounter with destiny at some points in our life which gives us the chance to crown the spirit or the flesh which will eventually cascade to us becoming position to be used by the spirit of corruption for evil doing or the spirit of God to do great exploits..

i aint a bible scholar tho buh i thought to clear up/answer your question from the little I understand about God and the bible , what it means when they say God planned everything everything we say or do implies that God created time (that's to say he knows your past present and future) God didn't create anybody poor bruv, God only gives us the chance or platform to decide for ourselves , either you choose to go Right or Left just as he gave our first parents (Adam&Eve) before they both flipped it and which of cos flipping it results to punishment from God,cause God won't interfere in human doings not until we ask him to. the earth is our space .
