To those that will quote me and rain curse they should take time to do a Flashback to what the muslims here said about the woman that went for evangelim in Abuja and was killed because she was standing in front of a mosque. #NoTolerance

They should also remember what Muslims said when a Church was vandalised in Abuja because the Muslims there said the noise from there was disturbing them.
#NoTolerance.

I'm supporting the traditional worshippers in Ekiti because i want to grasp how those guys feel when they push the truth aside because of religious sentiments.

I don't really like that Kathmandu babe but I think she made some sense here if we compare it with how muslims flog egungun people during their festivals. If muslims were in the majority in Ekiti they will have disrupted the egungun festival. But above all I think its barbaric for the egungun guys to go attack people in the mosque

Where and when did Muslims flog Egungun worshippers. I really need to know. Will appreciate if you include evidence

My sister thumb up for u. U know, I so much like people who do not shy away from the truth, I like people who say things the way they are without being biased, without favoritism or nepotism. Some people will have different thing in mind and say something on the contrary just to please the people affected, that is called "sycophancy!. Some people here will know the truth but will never say it rather they will invert it and spew thrash. I just love the way u ended it "I don't want to be politically correct ". Please continue the way u are going and God be with you my dear.

Well this is why every religion has to respect d other or they just scrap everything. Obeying the traditional rules/religion while following islam is sort of paganism or double playing. The Muslims must break their fast and the Oro must continue, very bad clash of interests. But i dont think these things should warrant human beings attacking each other in the name of being possesed by spirits or for the sake of religion.

My guy, you no make sense at all. So if there is ileya festival now, the Muslims can stop the masqueraders to no go about their ways or perhaps if the Christians are worshiping in the church with loud songs and praises, you would allow the masqueraders toenter their church and attack them all because they are doing egungun festival. E be like seriously you no sabi read sef

I was one of those who was against the muslims on both occasions. I simply dont believe religion is worth killing or dying for. Its why i do not support the actions of the traditionalists. But well, its naija and it involves muslims(group of ppl well known for religious violence), a very delicate topic.

So people must roll on the floor and pretend to be dead, just so we may know they are fasting? angry

After all the excessive food they gulp early in the morning and later in the evening?
Which time do they even go hungry sef, when some people even "normally eat" just once in a day!

Which law of the land was broken, please? Seems you didn't read that the masquerades INVADED the mosque. As in, they went inside the mosque to attack the worshippers inside.

I can smell stupidity in your blood if this Happen in either Iran or Iraq which are Islamic country and not even state oo you will shout that Islam is terrorising the citizen abi?

what right do they (idol worshippers) have to prevent someone from doing his/her own religion or what does the constitution says about the human right?

So there is ORO in Iraq and Islam-a-bad, right? Stop comparing Apples and Oranges!

Point is, Mutual Respect!

if you dont respect the ORO people and their festival.... how do you expect them to respect you and your own festival of fasting?

Why cant they just quietly break their fast in-doors and pray in-doors pending when the ORO festival will be over or are they trying to flex muscle?
Well, thats the result.
No one has a monopoly of violence.

What do you know about Islam and Yoruba land? For your information, Islam was in Yoruba land BEFORE Yoruba started worshiping egungun! That is one. Sango brought Egungun worship to Yoruba land from Nupe land. Sango's mother was Nupe. Islam was in Yoruba land before then.

So you mean while Egungun worshipers are worshiping their god, Muslims should not worship theirs? Will you accept if they say Christians should not pray or go to church while they worship their god? They were angry because Muslims called prayers in the evenings (around 7) and you support them?
Oro worship is restricting movement (especially for females) in the night, not evening. Easier to work around. Also, I have never heard of any restriction of movement during Egungun festivals. When did that start? So again, what do you know about Yoruba culture and customs?

Stop quoting those fools abeg, they hate Muslim intentionally.... Their hatred can't stop the growing of Islam globally, let them rant till eternity...
