You must be someone from that former time. I called you dense for a reason.

This is a simple question. Why are you concerned about what is happening East of the River Niger?

You don't have to explain yourself bro, I know what you are all about.
East of river Niger is still part of Nigeria. Only God knows how many buses will cross that river Niger to my part of the country today and they are not en route to Sudan, therefore I'm a concerned party.

Weldone Sir.

They will soon call you an afonja because they are arllegic to common sense.

One thing the east should know is that refurandum is foreign to the Nigerian constitution.

A refurandum can only happen via an act of Parliament and we all know the requirements. Meaning beyond the agitation, they need serious politicking in the senate and national assembly to make that happen.

By the way, has any Rep or Senator from the east ever moved a motion for inclusion of 'refurandum' in the constitution before?

Nobody should quote me o

Mention that 'refurandum' one more time. angry angry What nonsense fura did you drink this afternoon?

The SS are saying they don't want to be part of Biafra, are you going to force them and if so, aren't you going to create the same scenario you are running away from in Nigeria?
The SS is not a tribe and we are not interested in the so-called SS. The Urhobo and others can keep their SS, its non of our concern. Our Igboid kins are part of us and wherever we go is where they go too. Biafra is not for the SS, Biafra is for the Igbos alone no matter where they are found.

Kokori, regardless of property, we will vote in favour of Biafra and nothing will happen to our property, becos even Indians and Lebanese own property in Nigeria.

Wat u will say is that we will be foreign investors and foreigners.

There are about 49 land locked countries both in africa and europe and asia, some of them are double landlocked meaning they are locke by another landlocked country most of them are doing well let biafra make them 50 now and lets see if the north wont make them 51 and possibly a double landlocked.
I realy wish those aboki youth dare their political leaders and push for division like they have said...the political elites i.e senate/reps, executive, and offcourse the fulani military is the stumbling block as it is because without the status quo they would starve to death
Re: Igbos Won’t Vote In Favour Of Biafra In Referendum ―kokori by Deltagiant: 2:09pm On Jun 11, 2017
Kokori should shut it! Enough of the "landlock" bullshit.

Togo is not doing better than landlocked Rwanda. Gambia is not doing better than landlocked Zambia or Lesotho.

Nigeria's economy is not doing better than that of Botswana.

If the British had carved out three or more countries out of the quagmire called Nigeria, the countries would have been surviving like any other.

Therefore, people should let whomsoever wanna leave to leave. Even if Biafra boils down to only Ndigbo, they will survive cos they've got the human and natural resources to do that. Enough of these fear mongering.

I dont even know how a "south east" only country would not berth ships with Azumini's close proximity to the ocean. Azumini was an international port before PH. Azumini and Calabar were the oldest navigable ports in Eastern Nigeria. King Jaja of Opobo and the British sailed through Azumini port. Jaja himself was arrested at the Azumini Opobo estuary. Just cant understand all these sickening ignorance.

Cooly100:
n an atmosphere of a free and fair referendum on Biafra Republic, many Igbos will vote against seceding from Nigeria, Chief Frank Kokori has opined.

You should always keep your opinion to yourself than to generalise ..

Cooly100:

The septuagenarian said most of the Biafra agitators hardly knew what they actually wanted for their people.

Besides, the Abacha nightmare in the days of the struggle for the actualisation of June 12, 1993 presidential election, asserted that Biafra was a mirage because the South East zone is landlocked
.

That Biafra Is land locked doesn't mean that they won't succeed, if they are to secede Nigeria today or tomorrow..
Their are some other countries that are land locked like Switzerland, Luxembourg and Australia and are doing fine because of the human resource and capital..
And BIAFRAN have got that.
Abacha can rot in hell for his assertion and view about Biafra..

Cooly100:

He noted that being the most successful commercial people, the Igbos will lose more if they broke away from the country, adding that they own the choicest properties in major cities in the country.

Kokori debunked the allegation that only Igbos were being marginalised, saying every tribe and zone in the country experiences marginalisation one way or another, especially in the area of hunger and poverty.

According to the fiery activist, who spent four years in prison over agitation for June 12, the most marginalised people are actually the northerners because of squalor and mortgaged future by their elites.

This, he argued, is evident in the high rate of beggars among the northerners as against barely any among Igbos and a few amongst Yorubas across the country.

People have choice properties in other countries that they are not a Nationale of, so what difference does it makes when Biafra secede Nigeria..
Beside what ever property that they have were been obtained by their hard earn money..
And stop sounding as if the north have a hand in it..

Yes! I AGREE THAT SOME OTHER REGION HAS BE MARGINALISED IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER..
The north that have been the beneficiary of the proceeds from the oil allocation what have they done with it..

That an average Igbo man or yoruba man
Is better than average hausa man that always beg, doesn't make any difference coz my people always says that "if you work, you eat"..
In a setting where no one wants to go to school, where every one rather beg than work, or Marry 3 wives with lots of children they can cater for.
what do you expect?
A Miracle!
Enough of this comparison sir..

Cooly100:

“The Biafra agitation is being handled by people who do not even know what they want.

“I for one know that if you allow all the Igbos in this country to go into a free and fair referendum, they won’t vote that Biafra should leave Nigeria.

“Igbos will lose more. Their land is a landlocked zone of the country, but they are the most successful commercial people across the country.
Mr man you are beginning to loath me.
If we don't know what we want, Igbo's won't be ranting Biafra.
We want Biafra because we want freedom

Let the free and fair referendum come first, will know coz you don't speak for the Igbo's..

Thank God you reckoned that we are the most successful commercial people, which will make it easier for you to know that we will succeed..

Cooly100:

“Who are the most marginalised people, they are the northerners! They are so poor and a few of their elites loot everything from them.

“The average Igbo man and Yoruba man lives better than the average northern Nigerian. Check it. You don’t see an Igbo man begging on the streets.

“Yorubas are very few begging on the streets. Every other person, except the rich, in the north begs.

“What we need do is to build a good country of justice and equity.

You just beginning to sound like Ango Abdullahi.
Am not talking this sh!t again about those who are beggars and those who are hardworking..

We Igbos could get Biafra easier if they are not included because of oil tings.

Even though they are all different tribe, they are very united. No wonder they would rather form their own republic than go with biafra.

Better focus on his small Urhobo group, their squabble with Isoko and the possible break away of want away Okpe ethnic nationality.

Keep deceiving yourselves, it would be a 100% vote to leave in a referendum.

If they born them, they should put it in the constitution and organize the referendum.

I know the Igbos will surprise them. They know and dare not allow any referendum.

the whole Urhobo land.

Go and do the needful, go and continue your fights over that shabby Warri town with Itsekiris and Ijaws, it should do you good.
Last I checked, even Okpe wants nothing to do with Urhobo, Isoko had since pulled out from you greedy selves, go sort your minority irrelevant selves out and stop nosepoking into Igbo affairs.

ok I get it, you don't have any investment in lagos, how many igbos with investments do you know that are willing to relocate to biafra to start afresh? Or how many are even considering such move?you see relocation isn't something you can just wish for. And besides we will just go ahead and tax those with investments, those who sell gala or own 2x2 shops will be deported immediately. Just ask how much the US makes on visa applications yearly and you go Fear. Also you will need to pay extra for what you import. This is what many non-Igboid nigerians don't understand. Kokori an Urhoboman cannot tell us where our territory ends. He can only point with verifiable facts the boundaries of Urhoboland but not Igboland. It's left for Igbo group in both the SE/SS/NC to tell the limit of their boundary.
If a referendum is conducted in Nigeria today and everyone goes their seperate ways, can he (Kokori) bet his ten cents that Igbo groups in the S/S won't join Biafra? How certain is he that Igboland is truly landlocked? Maybe he is hinging his hope on the belief that Igboid groups will remain with Nigeria in an aftermath of Biafra's rstoration. Well lets just wait till that day and see what happens. But for now let no non-Igbo open their mouth to restrict Igboland to just one region.

So, in your infinite wisdom, you want to cross the Niger River into Nigerian territory and situate Biafra right next to Ondo State and Lagos and within shooting distance of Kogi and into the Norther Parts of Nigeria so that in the case of a skirmish you can easily overrun the other countries, right? A lot of you are just so dense, dunce and uneducated its not even funny.

Just for your info present day Delta State--- WITH ITS "IGBOID GROUPS"--- started out as part of the Western Region before Nnamdi Azikiwe and co instigated its division into the Mid-West, then Bendel State into what it is today.

For lack of a harsher word, you guys are delusional clowns and you don't know what you want.
