1. I sat quietly in my room,
ruminating on our nation's obvious doom
Every region choosing separation,
Due to evident oppression,
Things fall apart,
The nation drifts apart,
And we all look on with hands akimbo,
Taking recent happenings as a game of ludo.

2. From the East, Biafra calls,
From the North, Arewa purrs,
From the South, Niger Delta fights,
From the West, Oduduwa Republic kicks,
Like overfed kids,
That know not their left from their right.
We can't bear each other's sight,
Due to hate and spite,
And we forget,
That when two elephants fight,
The grass suffers.

3. In the midst of all these,
Hunger and starvation tease,
Suicide rate skyrockets,
Many resort to Naira bet,
As Kidnappers take the day,
Insecurity heightens like hot cake,
Yet agitation continues,
From all corners
With missing President,
And shackled Vice president,
With tear filled residents,
All fighting tooth and nail,
To fill their stomach ,
With crumbs from their master's table.

4. Enough of the hatred!
May Nigeria be great again
May her position be regained
Even in the absent of a President!
So, Shun the hatred,
Discard the hate,
Lets relate,
Cos, Nigeria is ours,
We gat no other land
Than Nigeria!
