pancakes can be served with fruits. . . apples, banana or various types of berries

I know, I mean like the same was we eat bread with fried eggs and all the other breakfast accompaniments. I want to know what else can be eaten with pancakes apart from the various maple syrup toppings and the fruit thingy. |

ftmom: Really? Wouldn't ever think of that. With pancakes, I use a teeny-tiny dab of syrup and tons of strawberry jam (smucker's to be precise). |

scrambled eggs! with vegetables (especially sweet corn) and/or sardine/bacon. it's d best combination ever. pancake and sausage is also nice. i've never tried it with minced meat but i think it'll be nice too you can also try custard, nuts, raisins. 1 Like |

Ahem, well! Pancakes are pretty filling, but a strong accompiment is sausage/bacon. But that side can be typical. If your looking for a salty to go with your sweet breakfast, hashbrowns are good. (Bacon broken up in hashbrowns=win!) And pretty much any fruit can go to the side, or even a fruit shake of sorts. And if your feelin fat, biscuits cant go wrong either haha |

~I usually say one's only limited by one's imagination & taste buds. ~I noticed most of the suggestion given are for pancakes eaten for brekkie or dessert. . .I was half expecting to read some unusual combo's!
