Factory reset my Note 4 Pro and now I can't remove apps from desktop. Apps will automatically be uninstalled.

System updates also say I'm on the latest version, before format there was an update available.

Before formating I could remove apps from desktop, and the first screen on the home page was an online page with news and updates.
Now both feature gone.

Phone got spoilt, was given this.

What do I do?

Hello. I have excatly the same issue you had concerning a new charger. Please where u able to get the original infinix note 4 pro charger at the carlcare center you went to? Because I went to the carlcare center at apapa and they gave me a charger that didn't fast charge. I was beginning to lose hope then stumbled on this tread.
