If you live up to 60years, you would have slept for 20years. Why spending that amount of time in what you are still going to do for ever and ever, with no distractions. Just think about it!

My daily routine depends on the next day appointments. If I have to go out by 6am the next day, I go to bed by ten 10pm the day before. By 8am, go to bed by 12am. By 10am, go to bed by 2am. But the normal thing for me is to go to bed by 2AM, wake up by 10AM, go out by 12PM for some real hustling, meetings and follow up, come back 4-6PM, then work till 2AM. With time management, I still manage to squeeze 6-8 HOURS of sleep daily.
