I urge the cs, sw, se and ss to keep the pressure on to get all Nigeria states fully autonomous.
The Heat is now hurting.

Isn't devolution ultimately better than restructuring? Where each state or region can control their growth rather than the center?
Thought that's what Nigerians are asking for?

There is no doubts the north is scared of restructuring for the fear of loosing political power n dominance but this should not be the case as the not isn't economically unviable it's just sheer laziness n plan less ness, restructuring is for the peace, prosperity n goodness of all citizens, one would have expected the north to challenge the pro restructuring to specifically clarify their demands while the pro restructuring should gladly pick up the gauntlet n let's have a robust debate, perhaps we could just reach a new understanding n proffered a resound solution to our problems, but as it is opposing restructuring is admitting that the country's status quo is perfect n therefore like the Americans would say "if its ain't broke, you don't fix it", but we all know this isn't true with our country except if we choose to be mischievous.

Ojukwu has foreseen all these but people failed to understand him. Nnamdi Kanu has come to put it in L.C.M format for all to understand and it is yielding fruit. Can you imagine only a particular region determining how the country should be ran with zero contribution?
I used to think Nigeria would work. Now it's clear that we cannoy live with these cheats. I give up.. Biafra here we come. In this 21st century, I don't think the north can win a war against the south, no, never. To hell with the useless thing called Nigeria...we are different people and can't continue to live as one..

Political exigency demands that Nigeria should be restructured, at least to give everyone a sense of belonging.

The calls for secession coming almost all parts of the country is a fallout of the fact that some sections of the country rightly or wrongly feel they are being shortchanged by other sections.

It is said that the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Assuming APC didn't win in 2015 it would have been thought that they would have performed wonders. Likewise, if the demand for restructuring, which is an alternative to secession, is waved aside, the uprising may get to a level (and we are almost there) which the govt won't be able to contain.

Let's act now!

In like manner the FG should release all oil Wells and refineries to the concerned State governments.

Simple

Meanwhile the Ports (both airports and seaports) should be ceded to the respective State governments too....

You are the man. Selfish people don't know the implications of what they say. Release dams to state which will benefit North, in like manner release oil wells to states that own them. Simple

I'm a Yoruba muslim from Osun state and I do noti, will never actually, acknowledge or see any sultan as my religious leader. Having said that, please tell mr Sa'ad that he has no capacity to stop the hurricane that is coming! If he dares it, he will be swept away! Yorubas are losing interest in Nigeria and that's dangerous for Nigeria itself! No force on earth can stop Yoruba if we decide to opt out of Nigeria tomorrow. Mr Sultan should stop saying rubbish as if Nigeria is not
restructured as a true federation before 2019, It may not exist beyond that period. The moment Yoruba lose interest in this country, that's just the end!
not exist beyond that period..
This is the first (and probably the only) Yoruba Muslim that's got balls to challenge the overbearing islamic caliphate.

Interesting!

NIGERIA THE FRAUDULENT COUNTRY began between 1967 to 1996 when Arewa used military dictators ro create 20 states and hundreds of lgas in one northern region; but allowed only 17 states in two southern regions.

Land mass is never used as yardstick to create new states from old states or regions in a country where different groups formed a country.

Northern Russia occupies a very huge land mass of Russia, but has about the least political representation in Russia's Parliament.

In Nigeria, northern Nigeria's political class draws a huge political over-representation from the 20 northern states, it uses this to dictate what can be in Nigeria.

Do You know how many tribes they are in that 19 states of the north?
Do You know?

When did reps from benue become Hausa/Fulani?
What about Plateau?
What about Borno (Kanuri)
What of Taraba state? Even Kwara state?

What about reps from Southern Kaduna? Bauchi?

The north is not a monolithic place
Get that

One key problem is nigerian governors are very bad "leaders".

They fail to develop agriculture and other areas they can raise extra and more money.

I don't blame the Fulani oligarchist. I blame our Governors especially my own governor, who pay allegiance to the useless caliphate. They give him the impetus to be parading himself as the Messiah and be talking rubbish.
