With my little experience with RVD clients, a lot of married ones (both male and female) conceal their status from their spouses.

Nigerian doctors should run their own investigations, I've run a few as a lay man by following a number of cases till the end........ we CANNOT eradicate the disease, but we can at least preventing its spread by wearing condoms.... there is no way you can stop it spreading via the route you mentioned (or other unfortunate ways people caught the disease).
