As matter of fact i know i 've got some problems with the English language grammar, coz i actually grew up without English language. But as long as i can still do my communications with Nairallanders i'm O.k with that or now. But a help from anyone will be appreciated.

boys know they have no chances with the beautiful ones ( whateva beautiful means ) so they try with the less attractive ones.
getting a lot of compliments makes them feel pretty, having a lot of "admirer" gives them self confidence. yes, probably thats the answer to your question,

They do, because they know something that you dont know.

In my opinion, the world may think you're the best looking thing but you may not agree. On the other hand, some people may think you look like something the cat wouldnt ever drag in, but you may not feel that way. It really is about self confidence.

And, some people are able to see past their physical attributes. They may not look like your idea of beauty, and they may not even agree that they're physically appealing but that does not mean that they have to hide themselves and never voice their opinions.

If you were to have a daughter that isnt considered pretty (according to societal standards), i sure hope you would still encourage her to feel beautiful and voice her opinion as she deserves to.
