A young lady identified as Dunamis Bibiana Beryl on Facebook, took to the social media platform earlier today to share of video of her crying and expressing how frustrated she is at the moment.

Dunamis who says she misses her mum, didn't indicate the actual cause of her problem but mentioned that she is tired of living.

Hopefully her family, close friends get to her as soon as possible and talk her out of it.

Have you even stopped to think about how badly you’re going to hurt your loved ones? Family and friends are likely to be absolutely devastated and sure, not everyone has family or friends, but if you could visit your own funeral, you might be surprised to learn you have a few more than you thought..

Suicide is never an option..

Suicide should be the last thing on anyone's mind, heck it shouldn't even be thought of.

I know life can be unfair, believe me, i know, but what do u gain committing it, u just cause more pain to those that cherish u, plus it's a cowardly act, and well, all ur good works are undone, cuz na hell sure pass(in a religious aspect).

So, never lose hope.

Its so horrible and sad that depression and mental illness has few support groups in nigeria.


feeling suicidal is what happen as a result of so many struggles but having the power to say no is what makes u strong.

What makes you think that she is loved and shown affection from those people you mentioned?

BTW, some people can knack their heads on the wall and threaten to jump into grave with you on the day of your funeral. This the same people that doesn't give a bleep how you survive while you were still alive.

I can't even imagine someone in a sane state think of committing suicide, your condition today is better than someone else yesterday. No matter how it is,remember that no problem without solution. What goes up must come down.

Depression is one of the mental illness & surprisingly, the society never give attention to this..

Even those superstars that suffered from depression & took their own lives...

She shud channel herself in something productive before its too late.. LIFE is full of surprises & everyone shud enjoy it no matter what..

Being suicidal is not something 2 b taken lightly ... I was once suicidal yes I was am not ashame 2 admit it...... I nearly took my own life one fateful evening bt tnkz 2 Godwin 4 walking in... Wherever you are God will always continue 2 bless you 4 me...
