Now, certainly Christianity happens to be the most peaceful of all the three Abrahamic religions.

We were indoctrinated into these religions from childhood , so we inherited the indoctrination without asking question. When someone inherits an indoctrination it becomes very difficult for the person to free himself/herself even if they may be intelligent. However, what I can say is that if an African continue to be a Christian or Muslim till 50 years of age, it would be right to say that person is not intelligent after all. Any intelligent African would eventually free themselves from Christianity or Islam.
