There are nice flat roof designs like this one I did recently...

But the major point everyone is missing is that it has to be incorporated in the design please of the building.

Not just because "I don't have money for Hip Roof"


I hear that maintenance cost for flat roof is usually high

What type of roofing sheets are recommended for flat roofs pls?

Long span aluminium is been recommended to me but i want some advice pls

Please, we should always go straight to the point, flat roofs are more cheap, easy maintenance, and more durable

Secondly do u think this type of roof is good for places like River state, consider the sound of when its raining and also the fact the roof is close to the ceiling, so how do u treat the heat coming from the roof...
