Okay. But I used the drug rightly as prescribed by the pharmacist yet my catarrh remained. It has never happened to me before.

Okay, but we have different degrees of catarrh, the mild, the moderate and the severe one. If your catarrh is not mild or moderate, the simple antihistamines would not do the work. You need something better.

Maybe you need a xylometazoline nasal spray with a cetrizine tab

This is why Pharmacists have a very key role in our health sector and should always be at alert. A single mistake with drugs doesn't just kill a patient rather.. an entire village could goes in for it. Before you use any drug, try to speak with a pharmacist (not those sales apprentice who learnt how to sell drugs from one Oga James). A pharmacist has the knowledge of drug interaction. .for instance, a hypertensive patient who is also diabetic should not just go for any class of hypertensive drug as you might suffer from hypoglycemia without you knowing, which might eventually cause death (because some hypertensive drugs can mask the visible signs of hypoglycemia like: shivering, palpitation, etc). Please, don't abuse drugs.. .Stay safe.

I will just do a little search on Google for that cos the catarrh is still there till now, although not as as severe as it was before.

There are so many fake medicines in circulation nowadays. Just few days ago I bought a medicine to treat cold and catarrh, the medicine no work at all. The thing just be like say I no dey take anything.
We all know how medicine for cold and catarrh suppose make person feel sleepy. This one no change anything for my sleeping pattern. After I finished using it, the catarrh still dey there kampe.

I experienced zero effect of drug usage too recently when I took drugs to stall running stomach and stomach pain, not until I remembered I had dried bark/stems of herbs at home, just one shot of the concoction (herbs soaked in purified water only) and the pain and running stomach stopped

...malaria is more deadly than hiv...There is no genuine malaria drug, the best way to prevent yourself from contracting it is by use of mosquito net and clean environment(remove stagnant water)

There are genuine drugs in Nigeria, you just need to be conversant with them and on what pharmaceutical companies are doing to curb counterfeits.

At GREENLIFE we are always proactive about protecting our flagship brands like LONART , P-ALAXIN etc from counterfeiting as well as other of our quality products. We do this in several forms like :

1. Incorporating mobile authentication service on all our anti malaria ranges

2. Engaging consumers through public service announcements periodically, on how best to ensure what they are buying and consuming is not fake.

3. Furthermore we advise that purchase of drugs are only from registered pharmacy stores.
